Ground Floor

There are steps which lead up to the front door on a raised ground floor level. The property benefits from an open plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is high specification and complimented with Quartz work surfaces. The appliances are fully integrated and in addition to the conventional electric oven and hob, there is also a microwave, toaster, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. The living area has a large comfortable sofa and a dining area. The dining table is set with six chairs (with an additional two chairs located in the basement). There is a new large, 55 inch, smart TV with free Netflix access. There are several USB ports so you can plug in and play your own music. There is also, a well-stocked bookcase with novels, including several set in the local area and guide books for your reading pleasure. There is also a number of jigsaw puzzles and traditional board games for you to enjoy.

First Floor

A contemporary spiral staircase leads to the first floor with bedrooms two and three being supported with a luxury Jack & Jill shower room. Bedroom two, the larger bedroom, has a king size and single bed. It has plentiful storage with two double fitted wardrobes and separate drawer units (in which you will find a hairdryer). There is an assortment of children's toys stored in the wardrobe for their entertainment. There is also a wall mounted television and DVD player, along with a selection of children's movies.  It has a covered balcony with table and chairs, perfect for an al-fresco breakfast, with spectacular views of Poole Harbour. Bedroom three has a small double bed and is located at the rear of the house. It also has a fitted double wardrobe, separate drawer unit and a large smart television. Both of these bedrooms have black out binds, to assist you in getting that perfect nights sleep. All beds are dressed with quality bed linen and every bedroom has a fan, stored in the wardrobe.

Second Floor

The super kingsize master bedroom (also, fitted with black out blinds and bed dressed with quality bedlinen) is located on the second floor with an equally luxurious bath/shower room of the highest finish sanitary ware. It has two double fitted wardrobes and separate drawer units (in which you will find a hairdryer). There is a large wall mounted television. The master suite has a large south facing balcony, with outside furniture and spectacular views of Poole Harbour.

Lower Ground Floor

There is direct access to this area via the secure underground car park and is home to the utility area, where there is a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also, located here is a concealed ironing board (and iron).

Outside Areas

There is a ground floor south facing terrace (a real sun trap!) accessed via patio doors from the living room. There is outside seating allowing you to make the most of this area and the spectacular views. There is also, a small rear courtyard providing a secure shaded area. There is a Rolec Vehicle Charger in the underground car park and allocated car parking for one vehicle. For additional vehicles there is unrestricted street parking.
